The occasion was
the re-creation of the victorious 1966 England World Cup squad
celebration dinner (in the same hall that they used)
at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington hosted by Sundeck VIP for
the benefit of the Bobby Moore fund for Cancer Research UK.

Derek as "Sven" is a very experienced after dinner

"This Guy is absolutely first class when it comes
to working as a lookalike to generate maximum publicity. We booked
Derek as Sven to appear at Doncaster Rovers Football Club as we were
launching "Doncaster Telecom" which is a new part of our
telecommunications company providing free calls to businesses within
the Doncaster area. Derek was a true professional and knew exactly
what was required of him to give Doncaster Telecom the maximum
publicity. Not only does Derek look like Sven but his mannerisms are
uncanny, you have got to see it to believe it. The other thing I
liked was that Derek was so down to earth and nothing was too much
of a problem for him, there were even kids hanging around at the end
to have a photo with him and he obliged graciously and literally
made their day, thank technology for camera phones!!
All I can say is if anyone wants a great lookalike
and a great bloke to turn up and get some serious marketing and
media publicity book this guy because we did and it certainly
