Prince of
Bel-air was screened on TV, This Will Smith was young, fresh and
funny and a likeable character that appealed to all ages.
Shad was
about 13-14 at the time and making his way to West London, he was
boarding a train when two girls walked past cheekily shouting "Fresh
Prince" before running off!. Shad has no idea what they were on
about, However little did he know that comment was about to change
the rest of his life. Around the same time his Girlfriend's Mother
and family used to continually compare Shad to the "Fresh
prince" but being young and naive Shad brushed the comments aside
not knowing what the future held.
1998 was the year, quite a few years since the
first comment and Will Smith was getting bigger and bigger, Shad was
compared to Will on a daily basis, he states if he was given a
pound/dollar for every comment he would be a millionaire by now
Will Smith became more famous with the hit film
"Men In Black" and a few songs under his belt such as "Gettin Jiggy
with it", "Miami" and "Men in Black" to name but a few and his new
album "Big Willie Style" released he was hot property.
With Will in almost every magazine, Newspaper and
on Television, Shad thought to himself, "There must be a way to make
something of this "Finally in 1998 that break came and Shad got his
first job as a Lookalike through an agency for a Magazine shoot and
from that day on Shad has progressed into the Uk's finest Will Smith
Lookalike and Tribute Artiste who has Travelled the world and has so
many stories to tell.
In 1999 Shad had his first taste of performing
"Big Willie Style" in a classy pub at a charity event ,this night
happened to be a karaoke night and to the shouts of "Give us a song
Will" Shad nervously approached the small stage, but once started
there was no going back and Shad soon got into the swing of things
as his confidence grew.
Shad went on to put together a 45 minute Will
Smith Show (with the help of his Friends), which includes dancers
and crowd interaction, Shad has performed so many times all over the
World Spain, US, Dubai, Switzerland, Ireland, and all over the
UK.
